The beds were super comfy for our family, and we appreciated the convenience of gathering in the lobby area to unwind together.

Our favourite, branded hotel in Columbia with good and personable staff. Stunning and exceptionally nice location, in the middle of jackson. Also - near to several food places, the Hampton, and bars around. A decent stay for the Holidays.

The fitness room featured a Peloton, and the breakfast spread was impressively varied, from real eggs to pastries. The staff's friendliness and attention to cleanliness elevated my stay.

The shower curtain was barely hanging on, leading to water pooling on the floor. Dim lighting in the room and the messy corners of the bathroom were less than ideal. The breakfast area felt cluttered due to its proximity to the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the fitness room had a peloton which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was solid and the atmosphere was cute.

This place is hands down the cleanest and most well-maintained I've experienced during my travels! I was thrilled to see the fitness room equipped with a Peloton and the breakfast options were very nice, real eggs, pastries, and plenty of variety made each morning special. The attention to cleanliness and the genuine hospitality of the staff.

Breakfast offered a great variety, from delicious hot options to fresh pastries, and the staff were accommodating. The comforts of the bed led to restful nights. The bathroom cleanliness fell short, with noticeable mold around the tub and dirt accumulation along the floor edges, which suggested a lack of thorough housekeeping. The persistent presence of stink bugs in the room was also unsettling and detracted from the overall experience.

It was just an ideal choice for a fleeting moment in Columbia with attractive and competitive value for money. The bathroom door was really difficult to open and close, made things frustrating. Be ready to deal with bathroom quirks before settling in.

Good place with everything I need, free wi-fi, free parking, and a great fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors, and their friendly service continues to impress. I'll definitely come back for a holiday.

The breakfast was good with a wide array of food. the room I booked was fairly quiet and provided with a TV and a tub. - the venue's location was ideal, adjacent to Franklin, restaurants, fuel, and several food places.

We had a great time in our rooms with a jacuzzi tub and the breakfast had a good variety of options.
